Following a productive and educational culinary stint on the East Coast, Terry Redihan made his way west and was ultimately named the restaurant chef at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where his responsibilities extended to management, training and hiring. From there he came to Southern Highlands and was promoted to Executive Chef within a couple of months. Redihan has also served as Banquet Sous Chef at MGM Grand and Master Cook at The Mansion.
